This is due to changing tastes and the desire of the chefs to renew the decor. Some pieces are no longer useful, such as the large copper pots, which are very heavy to handle. Or the silver-plated metal cloches, which are rarely used anymore\u2026 Enough to delight buyers and collectors, who can take home a little piece of the Ritz.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the lots are exceptional items that perfectly illustrate the artistic heritage of the Ritz. A Louis XV-style brass chandelier with crystal pendants recalls the opulent atmosphere of the salons where the biggest names in fashion, from Saint Laurent to Karl Lagerfeld, have passed through.
