The Chef excels in the art of enhancing the natural qualities of local produce – in fact, R\u00e9mi Chambard performs his own “urban foraging” at the Potager du Roi in Versailles to better incorporate these fresh ingredients into his culinary creations. Trout with sorrel and finger lime, mushrooms with agastache and caramelized onions, duck accompanied by cherries and zucchini… The sober and intimate restaurant Le Corot pampers the palate with delights akin to the paintings of the artist it is named after.<\/p>\n\n\n

And then, there\u2019s the famous guinguette… To mark the 150th anniversary of Impressionism, Les \u00c9tangs de Corot is reconnecting with its illustrious past by reviving the famous riverside guinguettes.<\/p>\n\n\n
