The Fashion Bag N \u00b0 5, The Quilted Leather Around A Black and White Palette …<\/h2>\n\n
A galvanized audience hosted the Chanel Spring \/ Summer 2022 show. A fashion show orchestrated like the days when models paraded extravagantly, taking exaggerated poses in even more exaggerated looks! In this sense, Virginie Viard cited the golden age of Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel fashion shows, the beating heart of the attitude and fashion of the 90s.<\/p>\n\n
“I loved the sound of flashes that go off during fashion shows in the 80s. I wanted to rediscover that emotion,” said Virginie Viard in the parade’s intent note.<\/p>\n\n

On the silhouettes side, the iconic grammar of Coco Chanel was distilled into necessarily chic silhouettes, and frankly graphic! In a predominantly black and white palette – Chanel’s flagship chromatic duo – the Chanel silhouettes were peppered with references to the emblematic codes of the rue Cambon house.<\/p>\n\n
We could thus see, alongside the iconic tailor and the 2.55, bags in the shape of bottles of perfume N \u00b0 5\u2026 But also and above all chains, rows of pearls more sensual than usual\u2026<\/p>\n\n

For Spring \/ Summer 2022, optimism was overflowing on the Chanel catwalk. A podium where, again, the Chanel sailor top accompanied looks of sequins, once again mixing the chic and simplified attitude so dear to the founder!<\/p>\n\n
In the third part of the show, it was again the silhouette in quilted leather that captured all the attention – a jumpsuit in which the motif, which entered the repertoire of the house of Chanel in 1955, this time inflates the appearance of a smooth and sexy leather! A reference to the 1991 collection, where Karl Lagerfeld demonstrated all the panache of quilting on jackets and pants, in leather!<\/p>\n\n
