Impressive when you know how far you've come! A pioneer in the garage wine movement, Château Valandraud was originally only a 0.6 hectare property and the first vintage, 1991, was only composed of 2000 bottles. The wine was produced in their garage, below their apartment in the heart of Saint-Emilion. Today, the property covers 9 hectares, but the philosophy of Jean-Luc Thunevin and his wife Murielle Andraud has not changed.
