Hermès is standing up for research on genetic diseases. The fashion house on 24 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré is doing this through a carré scarf. And, since art is a gift, the proceeds from this operation will be donated to the Insitut Imagine. The goal: collect funds to finance research about genetic diseases in the hopes of finding new treatments. Hermès’ financial support will facilitate the institute’s implementation in a new, modern and innovating location in Paris’ 15th arrondissement. Hermès’ philanthropy is manifesting itself in a limited edition of its iconic “Circuit 24 Faubourg” carré scarf.
These scarves will be sold exclusively by Imagine, able to be purchased through subscription only until November 30th. In this limited edition, the silk scarf is adorned with the legendary anchor chain. A classic that the Hermès label has decided to pair with the originality of a fuchsia background, making for a uniquely powerful scarf. A singular character emanates from the carré, where you can just briefly make out “Hermès pour Imagine” printed on one of the four corners. Buying one means more than just getting your hands on a beautiful object. A desire to do good is also a solid reason to order this scarf. To do this, all you have to do is write to Imagine (carre@institutimagine.org).
