For the new season, the creative and image director of Dior makeup Peter Philips is exploring multiple possibilities for opulent colors and rich textures – the idea: bring out a metallic clash around vibrant colors and muted matte shades. Inspired by professional, nomadic, and intuitive makeup, the Metalizer Eyes & Lips contain metallic pigments that are encapsulated in an ultra-creamy texture that dries in the blink of an eye. This texture is befitting of a highly pigmented makeup as powerful as the loudest of metals.
To accompany this metallic touch, the smoky five-color palette uses autumn contrasts of matte and luminosity, all with a touch of metallic ardor. With the latest texture formulas slipping onto the skin, warm shades in an exuberant box meet green and pastel pink. To perfect the look, Dior released its signature style with a lovely Sensual Matte beige, a Hypnotic rosewood, and an Eccentric pink-brown. Finally, the look of the season will also feature new Dior nail polishes. Three exclusive new shades will electrify the Metallics collection: sparkling grey, neo-classic Paradox green, and champagne Enigma. Available soon!
