The 6th edition of Taste Of Paris takes place from 16 to 19 September — 4 days dedicated to the Haute Gastronomy, with star Chefs, in the making!
Taste Of Paris 2021 in the Grand Palais Ephémère
The culinary festival publishes, for the 6th time, the program full of taste and stars. The Grand Palais, undergoing renovation work, is in the centre of the Grand Palais Ephémère that hosts the Taste of Paris 2021 — the edition made of a melange of emblematic Chefs of Parisian Palaces, the new courageous generation, and more than a hundred craft producers…
A program — or, maybe, a menu better? Delicious food, desserts, pastry, and other delicate signatures to glance at and taste presented over the stands, placed specially for the cuisine of these great Chefs! Moreover, visitors will also be able to enjoy wines, beers, cocktails, and champagnes to grasp the sublime of French gastronomy better.

Who will be there? Frédéric Anton from Le Pré Catelan, and Jules Verne ; Kei Kobayashi (Kei restaurant), Andreas Mavrommatis (Mavrommatis), Sébastien Monceaux and François Daubinet (Fauchon), Christophe Moret, Samuel Lee Sum and Maxence Barbot (Shangri-La Palace), Pierre-Sang Boyer (On Gambey), Adeline Grattard, Manon Fleury, Nina Métayer, and Ophélie Bares from the school canteen Ferrandi Paris and Simone Zanoni, Yoni Saada, Ryuji Teshima, and Dominique Crenn from the association All World Against the Cancer in conjunction with Metro…

Among great Chefs, we will also see, on Thursday, 16 September, Eric Frechon — the Chef at the Hôtel Le Bristol Paris since 1999. He has been crowned with 3 stars at the Guide Michelin for 10 years, rewarded “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” in 1993. Eric Frechon’s cuisine also earned him the title of ” Chef of the Year “. For those interested in everything about this great kitchen, this nice book selected by Icon-Icon will be ideal!
A Taste Of…
We will also admire the presence of François Perret and his Ritz le Comptoir… The Pastry Chef of the palace will be on Sunday, 19 September and, visitors will be able to taste the mille-feuilles prepared to eat on the go, madeleines (of Proust obviously), and delicious banquettes with caramel!

On Sunday, there will be such Chefs like Mory Sacko (MoSuke), Adrien Ferrand (Brigade du Tigre), Guillaume Goupil (Le Bourgogne) from the Manufacture Kaviari, Le Train Bleu – Chefs de Gare, Victor Mercier (FIEF), and Florent Piétravalle (La Mirande)from the Restaurant Ecotable, Beatriz Gonzalez (Coretta), as well as a Pastry Chef Yann Couvreur who promises as many emotions as fabulous discoveries of French Haute Gastronomy.
The most curious and gourmets can book at small workshops with (very famous) Chefs, conferences, and masterclasses.
Mathilde Delville, director of the program of the Festival Taste of Paris, is very precise in saying: « We are the lungs of today’s culinary trends. »
