Rabanne Haute Parfumerie – The house takes a bold new step with the launch of Rabanne Haute Parfumerie, a collection of rare and unprecedented fragrances.
Rabanne Haute Parfumerie: Master Perfumers and Luxury Craftsmanship
The House of Rabanne is no stranger to the world of fragrance. Already renowned for its iconic scents like Million, Victory, and Glamour, Rabanne pushes the boundaries of creativity even further with the introduction of a new line of perfumes, unveiled this summer exclusively at Selfridge’s: Rabanne Haute Parfumerie.
Named Les Essences de Rabanne, this collection features eight rare and unique olfactory creations: Métal Glamour, Minuit Passion, Rose Éternelle, Bois Montparnasse, Club Nuit, Âme Noire, and others. Each fragrance serves as a contemporary exploration of the Maison’s DNA, reflecting the boldness and innovation that define Rabanne.
This collection is the result of exceptional work by five renowned perfumers, including Julie Massé, Bruno Jovanovic, and Amandine Marie. Together, they have crafted olfactory compositions that capture the essence of elegance and audacity. The rare and precious ingredients used in these perfumes demonstrate Rabanne’s commitment to excellence and refinement.
The bottles themselves pay homage to the house’s history. Inspired by the design of the Calandre bottle from 1969, these new rectangular glass containers are adorned with metallic contours—a nod to Rabanne’s early metal creations. Topped with the golden “Huit” motif, a signature revisited from the 1980s, the bottle exudes sophistication.
According to Jacques Houbert, the general manager of the house, this collection represents “Rabanne’s most ambitious project in terms of prestige, quality, design, and price.” With this new line, Paco Rabanne aims to push the boundaries of luxury, offering not just perfumes but a complete sensory experience.
