With a cocoa content of 82%, Chuabello is for those who appreciate a powerful and persistent taste in the mouth. The cocoa tannins of the beans from Venezuela are very perceptible, but without the sharpness. The bouquet of roasted cocoa dominates, with notes of roasted nuts. Very persistent bitterness in the mouth.
