The essential Hermès carré scarf is dressing up the perfume “24, Faubourg” in its warmhearted wake.
Amidst a few increasingly urgent sensory changes, Hermès is now making itself into an undefinable envelope. This design house has poured its very aura into this fragrance: mysterious and comforting. This essence is held in a curved bottle that burrows itself in the fabric: the Quadrige style carré is engraved in the container, designed by Serge Mansau in 1995. The scarf itself was designed by Pierre Péron in the 70s.
This fragrance is easily worn and can fit in with any style. Made with white flower bouquets, like Sambac jasmine, the gentle softness of these notes is complicated upon first contact with sandalwood, patchouli, and ambergris. This is the kind of relaxed elegance that will never err on the side of faux pas. A touch of ylang-ylang serves to heighten the intensity of these moments frozen in time. Along these same lines, the perfume leaves a sensation of wandering in a universe that is slowly fading away. The time has come for the magic of Hermès to incarnate itself within others, holding on to its sunny incandescence until the end of time.
