In the dawn of the new millennium, Bvlgari delivered a sublime creation that soon become a must have: the B.zero1. An initial model of the ring was released in gold with a central spiral inspired by one of the emblematic codes of the maison: the Tubogas spiral. On the two lateral faces, the engraving of the Bvlgari logo, with a “v” as a reference to the brand’s Roman origins.
In 2010, Bulgari invited Indian artist Anish Kapoor to reinterpret the emblematic Bvlgari jewellery line. He revisited the piece by creating 15 models mixing ceramic, pink gold, and diamond. The ring took on a curved form where spirals merge to create a sublime mirror effect.
In 2012, the famous Roman jewellery maison released a capsule B.zero1 collection introducing marble into the tried-and-true equation. Three rings that unite pink gold with three varieties of marble (blue, green, or brown). Classic overtones, antique references, and esthetic modernity united as one: we give this ring a thumbs up!
