The profiled tote bag with fluid curves has established itself as the Italian brand’s most iconic bag. The Veneta intertwines artisanship and discretion throughout a particular technique of leather stringing: Intrecciato. It takes at least 77 strips of 10 different hides, worked by 2 artisans for 2 days straight to create a bag. This ancestral savoir-faire consists of hand-braiding thin strips of hide. This bag is manufactured by same two workers in order to obtain an identical, regular, and unique piece of work. Reinterpreted this year in a limited number of copies, the tote bag is inaugurating spring by completing the men’s wardrobe for the Cruise 2015 collection.
