Exhilarating the heritage of Pierre Balmain, founder, Olivier Rousteing honored the know-how of the atelier of the Paris house. This celebration of 10 years is marked by him being the head of the house and it is revealed in the Balmain renown opulence!

6000 guests invited for a bling show… Among shown garments, we find the omnipresent majesty of embroidery and trimmings. which are emblematic for Balmain. The cherry on top of the cake – the silhouette of Jolie Madame that is enjoyed in the sexiest version – the gold link belt and the tight-fitting jersey stifling the waist to open on accentuated shoulders … THE Balmain line in short!

On the occasion of 10 anniversary, there were more garments to be taken from archives: the capsule collection of dozen pieces out of Olivier Rousteing’s archives, in particular, the carnage dress Spring/Summer 2013. The garments are so much linked to the history of Balmain, this time, shown by Naomi Campbell and Carla Bruni.

The two dresses regaining the opulence of Balmain in majesty — two pieces underlining the absolute mastery of the Balmain workshops and their attention to the embroidery of pearls, golden threads, and other sublime weaves.
